The intervention of the party secretary, focused on a brief review of the nine Geneva conferences and the assertion that no progress was made during them, indicating that what is taking place is merely a management of the crisis and not a solution, due to the intransigence of the regime and the opposition, as he touched on the axis of the complex Syrian crisis, and its solution is to create a decentralized, pluralistic democratic system that recognizes the existence of the Kurdish people constitutionally and recognizes their legitimate national and patriotic rights in accordance with international covenants. He also stressed the need to represent all religions and cultures in the constitutional committee.
The participants in the session agreed on a set of proposals and recommendations, including the necessity of geographical, ethnic representation in the Constitutional Committee, the selection of representatives in the Constitutional Committee in proportion to their presence, the increase in the number of Kurdish representatives and the involvement of the Autonomous Administration, and Yazidi and Christian representatives.
